Job Descriptions

CSR - Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering the phone calls when they come into our call center. The CSR will schedule service with the parameters set by management and work closely with the Dispatcher throughout the day.

Dispatcher - The Dispatcher will take the jobs scheduled by the CSR and assign them to technicians. The dispatchers will work closely with the CSR and Service Technicians throughout the day. He/she will send Service Technicians to their jobs and keep customers notified of the status of their work request.

Service Technician - The Service Technician will be responsible for responding to the work request as dispatched by the dispatcher.
