Pat Hogan, Service Manager
Pat is our service manager. He oversees the fleet and all of the techs in the field and on a busy day your may even see him on the road! Pat will also handle Customer Relations.

Beth Gaynier, CSR, Accounts Receivable
Beth is our lead CSR. When you call Michigan Power Rodding, you will most likely speak with Beth. She is responsible for answering the phone and scheduling jobs, and accounts receivable. Beth has been with Michigan Power Rodding since 2002.

Marie Franke, Dispatcher
Marie is our lead dispatcher, and has been with the company since 2003. She is responsible for dispatching the service technicians to our customers' homes and businesses. Marie also analyzes company statistics and transfers all of the television inspections that we perform onto DVD for storage.

Shanelle Bow, CSR/Dispatcher
Shanelle is our secondary CSR and Dispatcher. She handles both the call taking and the dispatching during the evenings, and also processes the technicians’ paperwork after their shifts.

Adam Carman, Service Technician
Adam is our Senior Service Technician. While Adam is an excellent service technician, he is preparing to head up our high pressure jetting division. He has recently appeared on Fox 2 Problem Solvers performing a television inspection for a homeowner in need!

Joe Wright, Service Technician
Joe is one of our lead service technicians. He is married, and enjoys barbecuing and football.

Lance Fielder, Service Technician
Lance has lived in the area his entire life. He loves to travel and spend time outdoors.

Chris Fry, Service Technician
Chris is married with 3 children. He enjoys baseball and golf.

Tom Rieder, Service Technician
Tom is married with 2 children. He enjoys weightlifting and lives for Packers football.

Stephen Patton, Service Technician
Stephen is married with 2 children. He enjoys auto detailing and sports.
