Restoration Services

restoration_01Michigan Professional Restoration was founded by the management team of Michigan Power Rodding—the leader in the field of emergency sewer and drain cleaning services. We understand how important it is to respond quickly, no matter when, why, or how severe your flood is. Our goal is to return your home to a safe and clean environment for you and your family as quickly as possible.

Every technician has gone through extensive training to become a Water Restoration Technician through the IICRC, the certifying body for the inspection, cleaning, and water restoration industry. With our specialized compacting and extracting equipment, you no longer have to pull up the carpet and throw away the padding for fresh water floods — we can extract the water right through the carpet without ever even pulling up the edges. We also specialize in sanitary sewer backups, whether it's on carpet, hard surface, or crawlspace!

I have hired Michigan Power Rodding on several occasions over the past few years. The most notable occasion was in June 2010, when horrible rains caused severe flooding in my condo and many adjoining units. The "guys" from Power Rodding came to look things over at midnight, and then returned at 8:00 a.m. (on a Sunday) and went to work.
